Inventory Management:
Maintaining accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage to minimize waste.
Food Preparation:
Assisting with food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to the desired quality and consistency.
Kitchen Management:
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Quality Control:
Inspecting the quality of food and ensuring that dishes meet the required standards.
Training and Development:
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, developing their skills and knowledge.
Communication:
Communicating effectively with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and address any issues.
