Description: Customer service: Greet customers, explain menu options, and provide a positive experience.
Shisha preparation: Prepare and serve shisha flavors and blends.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shisha area.
Orders: Take orders from guests and process payments.
Customer satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction and departmental profit.
Communication: Interact positively and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
Supplies: Collect supplies from the store and ensure side stations are stocked, tidy, and clean.
Breakage: Report any breakage to superiors.
Briefings: Attend all regular departmental briefings.
Specialties: Recommend and suggest specialties to guests.
Table service: Clear and reset tables once guests have finished.
Some other responsibilities of a shisha attendant may include:
Assisting with food and beverage service
Managing shisha requisition forms
Packing bowls for hookahs
Cleaning and maintenance of the lounge
Promoting and selling shisha products
Understanding infirmary procedures
