- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Duty Officer to join our team. The Duty Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and guests. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duty Officer Responsibilities & Duties
Monitor security cameras and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with other team members, law enforcement, and other emergency responders
Maintain accurate and complete records of security incidents and other important information
Conduct routine checks of the facilities to ensure safety and security measures are in place
Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of guests and facilities
Provide excellent customer service to guests and assist with any needs or concerns
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Security and Safety
