- To provide an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and to provide support to the other members of the CCDC,Finance, HR and administration teams. •Assistwith the organisation of workshops, conferences and Trusteesmeetings under the instruction of the HR Manager. •Be an integrated member of The Office and undertake activities to ensure the efficient smooth running of the office/reception. •Provide support and administrative assistance to the HR Manager with respect to the facilities management and Health and Safety aspects of the role.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
