- Description
- 1. Receiving guests at the front desk by greeting , welcoming ,directing and announcing them appropriately to the concerned personnel. Arranges coffee/tea/water as instructed by the manager.
2. Answers , screens and forwards incoming phone calls.
3. Make sure reception area is clean & hygienic always.
4. Keeps detailed and accurate records of visits of clients /suppliers and of calls received .
5. Checks all employees are present, if anybody missing, confirm the reason and inform the HR department and Manager
6. Notes the time & purpose if employees going out in the office hours.
7. Manages inventory and restocking of office supplies with Office Manager.
8. Coordinate all front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, receiving of parcels and deliveries
- Requirements
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Managing appointments and systems
General administration duties
Making appointments in person and over the phone
Facilitate patient flow by communicating with patients and clinical staff, with being aware of delays and important and confidential information
Respond to patients and visitor enquiries
Managing medical records and keeping information updated
