Description
Organising filing systems and updating office databases. Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks. Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members. Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
Requirements
-Prepare outgoing mail.
-Compose and type routine correspondence.
-Answer telephone and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate official. Place outgoing calls.
-Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
-Participate in staff meetings.
-Perform other tasks and duties as needed or requested.
