Description
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in field of Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other related field.
• Proven work experience on same field or sales and marketing field with at least minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Basic knowledge and techniques on B2B Marketplace / platforms
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient and Excellent skill in Microsoft office tools such as, word, excel, outlook, and power point
• Ability to Manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
• Willing to work for long time hours if needed and necessary
• Ability to work, collaborate and coordinate with other departments
• Highly motivated and holding positive attitude and high level self esteem.
