Delivering Front desk reception duties for the office such as; managing all phone calls and handling internal & external clients in an opportune and professional manner.
Supporting in General Office administration.
Organizing and assist in all ad-hoc duties, meetings and activities when essential.
Welcoming all visitors in a professional and positive manner.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
BENGALI Speaking receptionist required for a new clinic in Al Ain City Town Centre Area. Must be on husbands sponsorship. Must have good IT skills and good command of spoken English. Non-Bengali speakers need not apply. Thank you
