answering phones and greeting visitors to the office: screen calls and visitors to determine nature of request or problem; refer to appropriate staff member or College office; take messages; make appointments; take standard information for billing, administrative or other purposes
Requirements
-Screening telephone calls and handing enquirers,
-Organizing Boss Diary and making appointments,
-working closely with my manager,
-Dealing with letter and emails,
-Looking after Visitors,
-acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff,
-Dealing with accounts
