Description
An Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of an office, handling a variety of administrative duties to support staff and management. This includes tasks like organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring the office is well-equipped and organized. They also often serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answering phones and providing customer service.
Requirements
Education and Experience:

-High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in administrative management.
-Must have experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
-Must have analytical skills, as evidenced by being able to think through problems, along with some proven decision-making abilities.
-Must have leadership ability, as evidenced by leadership roles through school and/or work experience.
-Must be proficient in handling routine and confidential correspondences.
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills.-
Must be highly organized and able to work independently on varies tasks.
