- We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who can assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and orders.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and orders in a professional manner
Provide information about products and services
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of one years vocational training may be advantageous.
Certification, such as Certified Medical Assistant or similar, may be advantageous.
Administrative experience and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling skills.
Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
