- Delivering Front desk reception duties for the office such as; managing all phone calls and handling internal & external clients in an opportune and professional manner.
Supporting in General Office administration.
Organizing and assist in all ad-hoc duties, meetings and activities when essential.
Welcoming all visitors in a professional and positive manner.
- Requirements
- Experience: 2 year
Bachelor degree
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize minimum supervision
-Proficient in MS Office
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of all information, including but not limited to hotels, owners and corporate operations
-Hospitality operations or administrative support experience preferred
