Description
An Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing daily office tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of an office, often handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
-Prepare outgoing mail.
-Compose and type routine correspondence.
-Answer telephone and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate official. Place outgoing calls.
-Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
-Participate in staff meetings.
-Perform other tasks and duties as needed or requested.
