Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary

2. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

3. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and internal documents (such as AMC contract & Installation Certificate)

4. Preparing Summary of Invoices from all suppliers

5. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

6. Sending & requesting price inquiry to suppliers

7. Preparing LPO from site engineers request

8. Requesting for submittals/supply & warranty certificate and Civil Defense Certificate/Installation Certificate from Suppliers

9. Preparing quotations for Maintenance and Projects

10. Requesting for Testing & Commissioning to Suppliers as requested by Engineers

Requirements
Please Note: We are receiving a lot of applicants from overseas - This job posting is only for those already in the UAE. This is purely an admin position. No previous experience required except should be willing to learn new skills - be creative and able to work independently once orientated. A background in quality and standards is a distinct advantage (and salary can be negotiated if you have these skills !).. Must have excellent written / comprehension and verbal English language skills and be computer literate. Part-time candidates considered if on family visa.
