Description
* Serving Tea / Coffee / Drinking Water / Snacks to the visitors and office staff.

* Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

* Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.

* Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting Mails.

* Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

* Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

* Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.

* Make sure the office premise is clean.

* Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

* Follow all health, safety & Covid19 regulations

* Should have the ability to maintain a cool composition even at times of extreme pressure, possess a presence of mind.
Requirements
Office Girl

- experienced in serving coffee and tea in a meeting and VIP conferences.
- Professional work behavior
- Knowledge in Arabic drinks and how to prepare them.
- knowledge in Good grooming and hygiene standards
- At least have an HRM course or study.
- Good looking and presentable.
- Training certificates and other supporting documents must bring at the interview (optional)
