Required a Senior female secretary for a furniture manufacturing company in Ajman Free Zone.

We require : 

Preferably Phillipine Female Secretary, 3 yrs experience, age 30 and above
Knowledge in Excel
Manage / monitor the daily office operation.
Maintaining daily accounts and administrative records
Manage/monitor logistics & resources
Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned 
Ability to meet with the given deadlines 
A willingness to learn and be a team player

Requirements
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands- on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time- management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude

Bachelor Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
