Description
reception functions, answering phones and greeting visitors to the office: screen calls and visitors to determine nature of request or problem; refer to appropriate staff member or College office; take messages; make appointments; take standard information for billing, administrative or other purposes
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
Duties would include:

Administration duties ie making patient appointments within a timely manner, scanning of patient documents,
Retrieval of patient information/test results etc from outside sources.

Correct computer data entry of patient details.
