We are in need of a bilingual Customer Service Executive for our office.
Should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English & Arabic language.
Translation will be the main task.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
