Description
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes resolving customer issues, answering customer questions, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answer customer questions in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide customer support to customers.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate level as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Track customer satisfaction levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
