- Looking for Qualified, Presentable, and dedicated, professional , hard working Sales Coordinator
• Must have good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Candidates should be able to speak professional English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, Solid presentation skills.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

- Proven experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Part-time hours: 30 - 48 per week
