Description: We are currently seeking talented, reliable, and team-oriented Marketing assistant with the intent of providing a long-term position.

• Planning and assisting in webinars script writing and execution.
• Planning posts for social media
• Writing the content
• Video creations for social media.
• Handling social media accounts- posting on all the platforms
• Preparing reports for social media accounts
• Searching and planning for blogs on ARASCA website
• Writing blogs for ARASCA website.
• Assisting with client interviews, video shooting, pictures, gift items preparing and delivery coordination etc.
• Creating voice overs for product/company videos.
• Planning, Preparing, and sending weekly email newsletters.
• Eshop and SAP products details enhancements including adding products videos and pictures on eshop.
• Taking product pictures for SACP and eshop as needed
• Working on product brochures
• Preparing and keeping a track on events and exhibitions calendars.
• Assisting with preparation of events and exhibitions.
• Preparing reports for events and exhibitions, annual marketing reports, ARASCA happiness survey, eshop analysis etc.
• Handling marketing items inventory regularly and handing over the team with the required marketing items
• Content re-writing with company profile, presentations, email signatures etc.
• Attending meetings where required and recording minutes of the meeting

Requirements: Has a degree in Marketing.
Marketing experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably female, single and with Jordanian nationality
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual- Proficient in Arabic and English language.
Has planning, developing and implementing skills effective marketing communication campaigns.
Pleasing personality and public engagement.
Has the ability to work well under pressure, flexible and reliable.
Owned a valid UAE drivers license and car.
