He / She undertake responsibilities and manage e-commerce activities. He / She have sales and marketing skills, analytical skills and communications skills. He / She will be able to use his/her e-commerce knowledge and experience in expanding sales and resolving conflicts and issues between parties.
Requirements
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
