Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Female Only)
Job Duties as per the followings:
 Analyze trends and results in the emerging market and builds sales strategies. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
 Responsible for developing & executing the business development plan. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue for the BU’s.
 Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
 Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
 Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
 Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
 Maintains current data base of existing and potential referral sources. Utilizes sales practices and tracking tools.
 Continually developing company brand and increase market share in the market place.
 Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders.
 Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employer’s offering in light of competitors developments.
 Arrange and conduct meetings with potential client management, staff and supervisory personnel. Create high quality presentations that explain company’s character, policies, skills, resources, and capabilities.
 Determine client needs and evaluate company resources and capabilities in light of those needs.
 Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
 Accelerated revenue and profit growth with a five-fold increase in the sales pipeline through the development and implementation of sales strategies including the deployment of new sales teams and services.
 Prescribed solutions that provide immediate ROI while instituting a longer transformational strategy for maximum business value, service optimization, and system flexibility; ensured client success and established trusted advisor status with business and Executive stakeholders.
