Description: We are seeking a reliable, professional, and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients on board This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and a keen eye for detail. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to adapt to dynamic conditions, ensuring optimal performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation overall arrivals and departures late night

Ensures that good safety standards are maintained for all operations at Jetty

Assist boats arrival with issues; complain, emergency cases

Perform related and non-related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Patrols all boat from A-Z yachts are secured

Ensures Boat is cleaned by the captain and crew before signing out; trash bins are empty, lights off, toilet cleaned and flushed, fridge is clean and no leftover food, cooler box is empty etc

Responds to guest requests quickly and courteously as reported by night shift staff.

Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.

Assist guests/employees during emergency situations.

Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.

Conduct daily physical hazard inspections.

Performs all duties in a safe manner and reports all accidents to Manager immediately.

Requirements: Outstanding surveillance and observation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
Strong reporting skills.
Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures.
Trained in First Aid and self-defense.
