- Job Responsibilities:
Receive and serve customers, suppliers and visitors.
Comply with the biosecurity protocol, prior to the entry of any internal or external person to the organization.
Schedule and coordinate the meetings of each Management and everything that is required to carry them out.
Give advance notice of meetings and visits to the General Manager.
Provide assistance service to Management (agenda, meetings, presentations, etc.).
Job Requirements:
Search for suppliers, request quotes, coordinate and manage payments when required by General Management.
Answer and transfer calls to any of the areas.
Receive documents (invoices, bills, magazines, receipts, etc.) and direct them to the corresponding areas.
Draft letters, contracts, minutes, etc. to clients or other institutions by order of the General Manager.
Collaborate and provide support in any other administrative activity requested by the Management.
The position is full time Sunday - Thursday with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
