Description
We are looking for a Secretary / Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Requirements
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:



Managing appointments and systems
General administration duties
Making appointments in person and over the phone
Facilitate patient flow by communicating with patients and clinical staff, with being aware of delays and important and confidential information
Respond to patients and visitor enquiries
Managing medical records and keeping information updated
