- Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter data into the organizations databases and systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
Data Verification: Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections when errors are identified.
Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing data records to ensure they remain current and relevant.
File Management: Organize and manage digital and physical files, ensuring data is easily accessible and well-organized.
Data Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data and follow data protection policies and procedures.
Data Quality Control: Collaborate with team members to identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports on data entry activities and outcomes to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant computer applications.
Efficiency and Accuracy: Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy while inputting data, meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies and guidelines for data management and data entry.
- Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop: Must own a reliable laptop or desktop with updated software and internet connection to perform tasks efficiently.
Typing Speed: A minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM) with a focus on high accuracy.
Availability: Must be available for part-time work, 20-25 hours per week, with flexible hours to meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct errors quickly, ensuring all data entries are accurate and up to standard.
Time Management: Must be able to manage time efficiently and complete tasks on schedule with minimal supervision.
Data Security: Must understand the importance of confidentiality and follow strict data security measures.
Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and focus, especially while working remotely.
Experience with Tools: Familiarity with data entry platforms, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication: Must have clear communication skills for coordinating with the team and reporting on progress.
