Description
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Requirements
A private art gallery is looking for a Gallery Associate To be fluent in English and French as per the fallowing required qualifications:-
1- knowledge of the contemporary art field and socially engaged practices.
2- quality written and verbal communications skills.
3- experience in contemporary gallery setting desired.
4- Ability to engage with multiple communities.
5- Knowledge of Mac platform and Microsoft office software.
The duties:-
1- Arming / Unarming gallery alarms upon opening / closing.
2- Open and close cash register.
3- keep from desk and galleries clean.
4- Assist gallery visitors
5- Insuring a safe environment for visitors and the artwork on exhibitions.
6- Coordinating the receding / returning artwork for sales gallery.
