Description
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our company and act as a point of contact for our employees and vendors. Must have related project management experience. Work from home.

Make travel arrangements
Organize company documents into updated filing systems
Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
Experience in UAE required
English required
UAE driving license required
