- Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and Premier Pro any other Digital Design knowledge is welcome

• Creating graphics for both digital and print medium.
• Liaising with suppliers, printers, and designers to procure materials.
• Designing, content writing and editing for KG Marketing and Presentations.
• Multitask on more than one project at a time.
• Updating and Implementing design and content on website, & social media.
• Maintain and update online shop and developing it ( internal IT Dep. will support it)
• Create interactive and other social media content to improve the online presence of KG
• Manage social media forums to generate interest and monitor activity.
• Record all KG events, editorials and mentions throughout the year to create the event book and presentations for events and programs that KG are a part of (workshops, Sikka, any Art Fair, DXBW, Art Week Etc.)
• Create digital creative greetings for any festivities
• Track dates, prepare submissions and promotional events for Events such as DXBW, Sikka Art fair etc.
• Manage promotional activities to endorse KG by media tools and Tourism entities.
• Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings.
• Develop effective marketing communication programs.
• Copywrite for marketing material such as brochures and websites.
• Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Tracking events and other activities happening to update mailing databases (using Mailchimp or others ways)
• Record events, meetings and other activities at all times by taking pictures and videos.
Carry out customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning.
• Maintain relations with customer, supplier, media, tour operator, and government entities related with art & culture, such of Dubai Tourism or Dubai Culture etc…
• Creating system for contact lists categorized by updating as required.
• Helps in planning, coordinating, and executing events for KG and Partners or Sponsors.
• Workshops facilitator for kids and adults.
• Customer service and sales driven of the exhibition area, replacing sold pieces and inform suppliers/ team for stocks and collecting stock.
• Creates the price list and artist profile for each artist.
• Facilities team with IT related issues.
- Requirements
- -Good command of written and spoken English
-Expertise in graphic designing will be an added advantage
-Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
-Motion graphics experience is preferred
-Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximize efficiency
-Demonstrate video editing ability with a strong portfolio
-Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
-Should have working proficiency is Adobe Photoshop & Light room
-Should have good Creative & Equipment skills thorough knowledge of digital camera equipment, lighting equipment, lenses, and other necessary photography tools is essential.
-Preferably proficiency with Video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro
-Independent and creative in thinking
-Education: Any Graduation
