Description
Building and maintaining relationships: Account managers act as the liaison between a company and its customers, and are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships. This involves regular communication, understanding client needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
Driving revenue growth: Account managers are responsible for driving revenue growth and retention. They may be involved in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Developing strategies: Account managers develop account strategies and plans. They may also monitor account performance.
Working with teams: Account managers may work with teams in research and development, supply chain, marketing, and more to ensure customers get what they need.
Handling contracts and sales targets: Account managers may handle contracts and sales targets.
Managing risk: Account managers may manage risk and test new solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
