An Accommodation Managers typical responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the propertys operations, including facilities, guest services, establishing and enforcing company policies, accounting, staffing, front desk, room rates/fees, food and beverage, housekeeping, and handling complaints.
Requirements
Education: Graduate
Experience: 3-4 yrs
Good command of spoken English, Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam
Basic knowledge of MS office
Strong yet polite communication in order to ensure strict disciplinary moves
Self-disciplined
Basic knowledge of tackling various emergency situations including fire fighting techniques
