Description
To improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

-To effectively and efficiently manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process.
-To effectively and efficiently manage the medical insurance process and other related tasks.
-Effectively manage the billing and cash up process.
-consistently meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Healthcare Administrator, Medical Office Manager or relevant role
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law
Understanding of medical terminology
Experience with administrative and accounting procedures
Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (especially MS Excel)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
BS degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, with a qualification in healthcare
