Description
Supervising, directing, training, and evaluating the performance of clerical, medical records, and other assigned staff.
Maintaining, managing, and securing patient data and electronic health records, ensuring their completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Providing daily direction, coaching, mentoring, and cross-training to the medical records staff, and setting accountable standards and measures for them.
Communicating and collaborating with healthcare personnel who need to access or use patient medical data for any reason.
Requirements
Knowledge of medical records analyzing and processing techniques and standards.

Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.

Knowledge of medical records guidelines and regulations.

Skill in both verbal and written communication.
