- Provide support for Administration and HR Department of Dental Clinic
HR Department
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
Create reports for senior management
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
Familiarity with labor laws
Admin/ Insurance
Answer phones and greet patients
Schedule appointments/bookings and maintain calendars
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Take insurance approval for dental claims
Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence to the insurance/ associated companies and Sheryan /DHA
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Requirements
- Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Experience in UAE is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree required
- Urdu is an advantage
- Filipino preferred
