To achieve sales, profitability and quality goals for Food and Beverage Operations by developing and executing marketing strategies, controlling costs, and. providing quality service and products to the customers. In addition to perform all such duties and to carry out all such responsibilities as may be assigned to him from time to time by superiors.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. To be responsible for achieving revenue goals for Food & Beverage by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
 To set goals, develop strategies, evaluate results and adjust strategies as required.
 To be responsible for preparing a market plan by developing strategies to increase the market share.
 To be responsible for analyzing sales, reviewing competitive surveys and developing new strategies as required.
 To be responsible for executing the market plan by implementing agreed upon strategies.
 To ensure that the menu planning supports marketing goals by selecting menu items and recommending prices based on competition and market trends.
2. To maximize Food & Beverage profitability by developing and implementing cost containment strategies for restaurants, kitchen, bar, catering and room service while providing the customer with a quality product & Service.
 To develop the Food & Beverage budget by reviewing the department heads recommendations and trends by preparing a budget package and presenting the completed budget to the Group General Manager I General Manager.
Requirements
Experience: 3 - 5 years
