Description: Responsible and hard working Recruitment Specialist required for a reputed company.

Requirements: We have a requirement for a Recruitment Specialist. He must be experienced in the Construction Industry. The package is as follows:

1) Salary : 6000dhs ( Negotiable)

2) Nationality: Pakistani/Indian

Note : Candidate must have 05 years UAE Experience.

Questionnaire to Shortlist:

1) Must be experienced in Bluecollar / Whitecollar Recruitment.

2) Must be aware of UAE labour laws.

3) Should know how to prepare Limited/Unlimited contracts.

4) Must Know how to design and Implement HR policies .

5) Must have a strong personality and has taken corrective actions against under-performing employees.

6) Must have knowledge of Multiple job portals in the UAE .

7) Candidate must me either 30 or above.
