Description: Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions.
Perform surgical and non-surgical urological procedures.
Provide expert consultations and second opinions.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families about urological health and treatments.
Participate in on-call rotations and emergency care.
Contribute to departmental meetings and case discussions.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement projects.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay updated with advancements in urology and medical guidelines.
Requirements
Medical degree and board certification in Urology.
Valid medical license to practice as a consultant.
Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating urological disorders.
Proficiency in urological surgical procedures.
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in teaching and mentoring medical staff is an advantage.
Willingness to participate in on-call and emergency duties.
Dedication to continuous professional development.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements: A Medical degree and the successful completion of a residency and fellowship in urology.
A state license and certification to practice urology.
The ability to keep updated on the latest medical technologies.
The flexibility to work irregular hours and remain on emergency call.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good teamworking, leadership, and organizational skills.
