Description: We are looking for an efficient Pharmacy Director to ensure smooth daily operations at our pharmacy. In this role, your duties will include managing prescriptions, controlling the pharmacys inventory, and executing supply and shipment orders. You will also be required to oversee pharmacy personnel.

Pharmacy Directorr Responsibilities:

-Overseeing sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other pharmacy employees.
-Preparing drugs and executing prescription orders for collection or delivery.
-Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
-Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription drugs and controlled substances.
-Verifying prescription details with the healthcare specialists who prescribed them, when required.
-Advising customers about the recommended use, dosage, and possible side-effects of medication.
-Addressing customers requests and complaints.
-Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.

Requirements: Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead and motivate a team of pharmacy professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical principles, drug therapy, and medication management practices.
Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and technology to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance patient safety.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex pharmacy-related issues.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
