Description
As a payroll officer, you are responsible for administering payroll. Your job involves calculating employees dues from their attendance sheets. You also process salary entitlements, including superannuation, and remunerate payroll taxes.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related field;
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager;
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and labour laws;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools;
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software;
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.
