Description: monitoring stock and working out what is required for customer order
creating floral displays, wreaths and bouquets based on either your own designs, from design books or customers requirements
selling cut flowers, flower arrangements and perhaps pot plants or related products to customers
arranging delivery to customers
advising customers on choosing flowers suitable for an occasion
keeping the shop clean and tidy
handling payments, and keeping accounts.

Requirements: High School or equivalent required
Strong interpersonal ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
