- An ENT assistant (PA) works under surgeons or doctors to practice medicine in the ear, nose, and throat specialty. Your responsibilities as an otolaryngology PA include reviewing patient’s medical histories, making diagnoses, giving treatments, and performing patient assessments.
- Requirements
- • High School diploma or equivalent required.
One year back office experience or successful completion of a formal medical assistant training program required.
Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous experience using a business office suite, such as Microsoft Office, is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Travel to other SRH locations may be required.
