Description: Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings

2. Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial

3. Maintain and repair damaged dish washers, broken pipes, and clogged drains

4. Assist pipefitters in the layout, assembly, and installation of pipe fixtures for water and air systems

5. Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team

6. Install plumbing systems in new residential and commercial buildings.

7. Work with our Expeditor to obtain permits for plumbing work to be performed

8. Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time

9. Performs other related functions the management deem necessary.

Requirements: Minimum 8 years experience as Chilled Water Chargehand in UAE in Electromechanical companies
Candidates with own visa will have advantage.
Those who are available to join within 1 week of selection will get preference.
