Description: We are seeking a highly-skilled mechanical technician to assist our engineering team. You will be updating service and repair records, maintaining our machinery, and running diagnostic tests on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the mechanical cleanliness, essential function of mechanical equipment, and all other related functions of maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment. The technician should be able to read and understand illustrated maintenance manuals and be familiar with the operation and use of tools used in the field. Key responsibilities of a Mechanical Maintenance Technician may include:
1. Maintaining electronic equipment, such as keyboards, calculators, digital cameras, and routers.
2. Operating tools to clean electronic equipment and prepare it for use
3. Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the functionally accurate components of electronic equipment
4. Cleaning or checking brakes and steers on steamrollers
5. Repairing broken or neglected parts on mechanical equipment
6. Delivering necessary service to ensure properly ran machines
7. Preparing machines for use by employees
8. Assisting with any other related duties as assigned

Requirements: Familiar with HVAC/R equipment, tools, and procedures
Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment and apparatus, and components
Highly organized
Ability to prioritize workloads and work efficiently within deadline constraints
Knowledge of construction practices and building codes
