- Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building. Receiving and responding to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises. Maintaining the fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems within the structure.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
Must pass a background check and drug test
