Description: AC Technician Role:
Responsible to maintain Air Conditioning systems such as Chillers, Cold Rooms, FCU, AHU, Split AC, and HVAC systems.
– Diagnose and repair malfunctions in all heating and AC systems; incl chiller plant
– Relocate and expand existing HVAC systems as needed
– Repair, replace or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring
– Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, incl change of filters and cleaning condensers and coils

Requirements: Experience: 2 year and above
Bachelor degree
-Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers/estate agents/solicitors
-IT skills including Microsoft packages (workable knowledge)
-Good business sense
-Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
-Excellent communication skills
-Good planning and organisational skills
-The ability to work calmly under pressure
