- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support accurate testing and research activities. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to laboratory staff and maintain high-quality laboratory practices.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the laboratory, including testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Train, mentor, and monitor laboratory staff.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and arrange for repairs or calibrations when necessary.
• Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of test results.
• Collaborate with medical, research, or technical teams as required.
• Monitor inventory and order laboratory supplies.
