Description: Provide Training to the staffs
Providing a clear instructions to the staff about the scope of work
Maintain the attendance and punctuality of his staff
Creates employee schedules, and work time frame
Ensures the cleaning work procedures are being done accordingly.
Complies in HSE standards, for all cleaning activities.
Provides supports and motivation in his team.
Provides discipline and control to the staff
Maintain the cleaning performances of employee(s) are being monitored.
Maintain the arrangement of cleaning chemicals & materials in the storeroom.
Maintain the good condition of the cleaning equipment and machines.
Know how to handle clients complaints
Response and rectify all the problems at the site
Maintain and provide awareness in good hygiene and grooming of the staff
Punctual and accurate reporting to the top management.
Evaluating performance and providing feedback

Requirements: Housekeeping Supervisor Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
Working knowledge of housekeeping.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective communication skills.
