Description
Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements
Requirements:

1. Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:
- Proven experience in sales within the construction machinery industry.
- Familiarity with after-sales services, maintenance, and service contract sales.

3. Technical Knowledge:
- Strong technical understanding of construction machinery and related services.

4. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.

5. Negotiation Skills:
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including after-sales and marketing.

7. Market Awareness:
- A keen understanding of the construction machinery market and industry trends.

8. Results-Driven:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

9. Geographical Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel extensively to cover designated market areas.

10. Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
