Description: Job Responsibilities:
- Creating innovative designs.
- Drafting Patterns (including embroidery and beads-work patterns).
- Ensure the compatibility of the end products with the design vision (supervision of all the phases from cutting to the fine finishing touches)
- Receiving customer orders, and supervising the staff to ensure the accuracy of the design and the measurements, and keeping clear log of the ongoing tasks
- Shop and Staff Management (including taking attendance)
- Products Pricing, and keep tracking the materials cost.
- logging the sales and giving feedback to enhance it.

Requirements: Requirements
Experience: Proven track record as a Pattern Maker in luxury fashion or couture.
Garment Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction techniques, fit, and fabric behavior.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work on-demand with variable hours based on project timelines.
Location Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury fashion standards and the UAE market is a plus.
Technical Skills (Optional): Proficient in both manual and digital pattern drafting techniques, with experience in CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra).
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
Experience working with corsetry, intricate designs, and preferrably high-end brands.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
